Griffin’s Equestrian is the supplier of goods, Martika Chambers 6 Alfords Ridge, Coleford, Radstock, Somerset, United Kingdom.

By purchasing from me through FaceBook or the website, griffinsequestrian.co.uk you are subject to the following terms and conditions. Which may be subject to change at any time without notice. So please familiarise yourself with them before each order. When you place an order it is not a guarantee or contract that Griffin’s Equestrian must supply, Griffin’s Equestrian have to right to cancel or decline orders. 

Griffin’s Equestrian is has no affiliation or association with any Trade Mark or any other company. 

Griffin’s Equestrian respect your right to privacy, we will not disclose your name, address or any other contact information to any third party, unless we have your written permission to do so. Other than the Delivery Company selected to get your order to you. Information disclosed to them will only include your name and address.
The only other exception being if we are required to by law subject to the Data Protection Act 1988.
We may use your email address you have provided us with to send you information about your order. We may also send you e-newsletters and offers, you will be able to opt-out of these at any point by opening the email and following the link.

You have the right to Cancel you order within 7 days of ‘Griffin’s Equestrian’ receiving your payment. If the goods have already been despatched they must be returned at your expense. This must be done in writing by post or email. Delivery charges are non refundable. Please contact me if you wish to cancel, a refund will be made via the same method payment was made. 

When ordering from us please be sure that all the details you have provided us with are true and accurate and that you are the authorised user of the credit or debt card used to make your request and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods requested. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible. 
If you think you have made a mistake regarding sizing or colour please contact Griffin’s Equestrian as soon as possible, so that your order can be amended. Griffin’s Equestrian take no responsibility for delay in orders that have had details amended. 

Products/ Categories Explained

'Order in' Category 
Items shown in stock in this section are in stock with the supplier, NOT Griffin's Equestrian. This is to enable you to order these items through the Griffin's Equestrian website. At times the Griffin's Equestrian website may show products that may now be out of stock with Griffin's Equestrian's supplier. In this case you will be contacted by Griffin's Equestrian by email. We will supply you with the date the product is due to be back instock with the supplier, and the option to cancel or change your order to something that is in stock with the supplier. 

We aim to put an order in with Griffin's Equestrian's Supplier every 2 weeks, so please allow 10-15 working days for dispatch. We do our best to offer our customers a huge range of products, this means we cannot keep everything in stock!

When will I get my order if I have order a product from the 'In Stock' and 'Order In' Category?

This will depend on how long it will be before we put in an order with the supplier If you are only going to have to wait a short time for the product we are ordering in for you, we may wait and send you order Complete. However if we have only just put in an order with the supplier, you may have to wair 2 weeks before the next order goes in. In this case we may send your order in Parts. Although for envionmental reasons we try to send your parcel comeplet. If you require a product by a particular date, do get in touch we will do our best to get your product to you.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns must be received in writing, by post or email, within 14 days of your despatch date (this date can be found on your dispatch note- enclosed with your items) When returning the items must be insured by the sender as ‘Griffin’s Equestrian’ cannot take any responsibility for any lost items. Items must be returned in a clean and unused condition in original packaging with all labels attached and original paperwork. A refund will be made once the products have been returned and inspected, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is not in a re-saleable condition, in this event the products will then be sent back to you.

Please contact me if you wish to return an item, a refund will be made via the same method payment was made.

All I ask is that products are in the condition that you would expect a product to be sent to you! So please try Rugs and Saddle Pads with a clean rug on underneath.

Please try horse boots on clean, dry legs. All jewellery, stock pins, Second Hand Items and Sale Items are non exchangeable or refundable. Any leather products must be tried onto clean horses, please do not use any leather products to remove mud or grime, this would leave them in a un-new condition.

Any soiled products will be returned to you and a refund refused. If goods are not returned as new then the customer may be liable for postage costs to get their goods back.

For products returned in a sellable state I will be more then happy to issue you with an exchange or refund. A refund does not include the cost of delivery.

Items sold under special offer, for example buy one get one free or buy 2 items get the third free, must be returned as a whole, we cannot refund items individually, that are sold as part of an offer or deal. Gifted items that were given with an item that have been requested for refund or exchange must also be returned, if this item is not returned it will be charged.

Where postage is offered FREE it is for one time, should you require an exchange postage fees will apply. 

Postage and Packaging Charges

Large Letter -£1.50 (Suitable for small single items such as a NoseNet of Hoof Pick.
Small Parcel - £2.99 (Suitable for most small/light items such as Clothing, a Headcollar or Lunging Aid.
Medium Parcel -£4.99 (Suitable for Rugs, Saddle Clothes, anything that weighs over 2KG!) 

These charges cover the Postal charges, box or mailing bag, ect.

**If in doubt click the Medium Parcel option and we can then refund you the difference!**

We are only able to post to UK postal Addresses. 

Griffin’s Equestrian use Royal Mail to post the majority of the orders as we feel they are professional and reliable. Although time to time we may use another Delivery Company.

We use Royal Mail 2nd Class Service, they aim to have your parcel with you within 2-3 working days. 

If you require an item by a specific date please email or message me for advice, however any date supplied is not a guarantee. 

If you require a different delivery service, i.e Royal Mail 1st Class, please contact me through email or FaceBook and we may be able to send you a PayPal invoice, with the charge for the goods you would like to order along with a charge for a faster delivery.

Days are working days, they do not include weekends, bank holidays or any other seasonal holidays.

All shipping days are a guide and are not an agreement.

Free delivery offers are for standard delivery to UK 

Griffin’s Equestrian are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or items lost in the post. 

Product images are to give you an idea of what the product looks like, they make not look identical to the image used on the Griffin's Equestrian website or FaceBook Page, this may include colour or material, so please read the product descriptions and feel free to contact me with any questions you may have about a product. Images are not to be taken from the Griffin's Equestrian website without written consent, for any purpose.
